THE PROJECT

The site is located on a slope overlooking a water stream in the north on the upmarket estate. The project required a home that comprises of three distinct spaces under one roof.

A main bedroom suite with an artist studio, the main area with open kitchen, dining and living area and the last is the guest bedroom.
